We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). ni⋅col⋅lect is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

1. Our Service
ni⋅col⋅lect Mail Club is a subscription-based service that delivers original art/photography prints, postcards, handlettering, and other creative items via mail.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
2. Membership
By becoming a member, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and to keep your account information up to date. Must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase a subscription.
3. Payments & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan you select unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until you cancel your membership.
Fees are charged as described at checkout.
Applicable taxes may be added where required.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
Cancellations take effect before your next billing date. Payments already processed are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because each mailing includes physical goods that are prepared and shipped specifically for subscribers, returns and refunds are not available once an order has been processed or shipped.
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at nicollect.mailclub.com within 24 hours of delivery with proof of damage so we can help resolve the issue.
All sales are final.
6. Shipping
We ship worldwide.
For all U.S. and Canada orders, shipping is included.
For all International orders, there is a small international shipping fee of $2.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
7. Lost or Missing Mail
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee replacement of items lost by the postal service, we will work with you to find a fair solution if possible.
Please note: Once order has been delivered, we are not responsible for any stolen packages.
8. Errors and Inaccuracies
We may occasionally update subscription pricing, mailing schedules, or club benefits. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in advance before any changes are made.
In addition, occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contain typographical errors or inaccuracies that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
9. Intellectual Property
All artworks, photographs, videos, logos, written text, and other contents on this website remain the intellectual property of ni⋅col⋅lect unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing from our mail club gives you ownership of the physical item only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with ni⋅col⋅lect.
All works by ni⋅col⋅lect may not be reproduced, scanned for commercial use, republished, modified, downloaded, or sold without written prior consent.
Unauthorized use of the Services may be a violation of federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by ni⋅col⋅lect.
Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
